You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify these materials without prior written permission from the MAA. 3.2 License: By enrolling in the Classes, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the course materials solely for your personal educational purposes. You may not sublicense, share, or otherwise transfer your access to the course materials to any third party.

  4. Code of Conduct:

    4.1 Respectful Behavior: You are expected to engage in respectful and professional behavior throughout the Classes. Harassment, discrimination, or any form of abusive conduct towards instructors or fellow participants will not be tolerated.

    4.2 Compliance with Policies: You must comply with all applicable policies and guidelines provided by the MAA, including any specific instructions or requirements outlined by the instructor of a particular class.

    5.1 Disclaimer: The Classes are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. The MAA makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of the course materials or the suitability of the Classes for your individual needs.

    5.2 Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, the MAA, its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your participation in the Classes.

Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.

By enrolling in the MAA Online Classes, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms and Conditions, please do not enroll in the Classes.
